We are available to provide mentoring to individuals and partnering teams through our Mentor ONE and Mentor PLUS programs.
Mentor ONE
This is a six month program that provides support by email, phone or skype, fax or regular mail. It may also involve meetings if convenient.
Mentor ONE provides independent support to you in your partnering activities, resulting in improved relationships with other partners, less wasted time working with others, solving complex issues easier, and having a sounding board available to assist you to discuss strategy and tactics in working with other sectors.
Once we have reached a mutual decision to proceed, we begin by assessing the current situation and your expectations, and then developing some mentoring goals. We will develop a learning agreement together which will set out the type and frequency of contact expected throughout the mentoring period.
Mentor PLUS
This six month program operates in a similar manner to our Mentor ONE program but is available to small partnering teams.
Mentor PLUS is designed for small partnering teams of up to 4 people and is particularly suited to those people located in remote regions.
